Kim Youngmi's expedition marks the fourth solo crossing of Antarctica and the first by an Asian. For 70 days, she ate, slept, and walked in total isolation. Yet she says nothing is carried out alone, crediting others' prayers and encouragement with carrying her across 1,786 km. The film captures an expedition more than a decade in the making and reflects on the courage to take a single step.
